PeoCap is your dedicated growth partner, empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and startups, particularly those operating in B2B sectors such as mining and mining-related services. We invest in your business by purchasing equity based on your valuation and amplifying its value through a combination of financial and non-financial services.
Our Services
PeoCap partners with businesses by funding purchase orders or invoices, enabling them to meet their operational needs while sharing in their success.
Funding
We fund between R10k–R250k per application (e.g. PO), with potential of increasing to R1m based on your growth. To ensure mutual success, we share in profits generated from the PO we funded (65% for you and 35% for us).
Hands-on Involvement
Our director representative is appointed in your business and works with you as an accountability partner (to improve performance) and a co-signatory (or main signatory based on credit rating) of the bank account/s use by client/s to pay.
Equity
We make additional capital injection to acquire between 20%- 40% (based on valuation of your business) to ensure a win-win collaboration to help scale your business.
The Goal
We work together to enable your business within 12 months to access institutional funding (e.g. banks, government, developmental funding, venture capital, etc.).
Support Services
A compulsory business development support through planning, monitoring and evaluation. Optional & discounted support services such as office admin, bookkeeping, branding, HR, and coaching tailored to your needs.
The Exit
After a minimum period of 12 months, and once all funding is repaid, we sell our equity back to the initial shareholders (based on the valuation of your business), and our director representative resigns the business.
